Our group activities program provides ongoing opportunities for self nourishment, by topping up your weekly “D.O.S.E” of happy chemicals: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Seratonin, and Endorphins
We collaborate with some of the Central Coast's most skilled and enlightened 'Well Being' practitioners to bring you events such as:
Music-based Mindfulness
One-hour 'listening parties', that encourage you to open your ears and your awareness to what you hear around you, and also within you
Dawn Meditation on the Balcony
Watching the sky fill with light... whilst also watching your awareness fill with sensations, observations, and intentions
Pod Club
It's like a podcast listening party: Feeding your mind and your soul with fascinating ideas... without all the homework of Book Club
Found Object Art Therapy
Drawing inspiration from the everyday objects that surround us, join the treasure hunt, create, reflect, and relax as a group
Yoga by the Sea, followed by Guided Meditation
Small groups of 'Well Beings' gather by the sea to practice yoga, to exercise our bodies and our imaginations
Nature Photography Club
Focusing mindfully on the sense of sight, we capture images that soothe and inspire one another
Laughter Workshops
If you can't always give yourself a burst of endorphins with strenuous exercise, maybe a bit of laughter and chocolate might do the trick!
